Refrain from using high abrasive chemicals.  Fruit juices spills should be wipe off immediately.  Soapy water and a soft cloth is the best practical  and hygienic way to maintain your benchtop.  You may use glass cleaner as well as alternative.

Do not put  hot pans or pots directly on top of the bench.   Do not drag sharp objects or cut/slice on the stone top.

Refrain from sitting or standing on the benchtop.  There might not have enough support underneath and excessive weight will cause the joins to crack and even breaks the entire stone bench.

Should your stonebench  located on a glass window directly exposed to extreme sunlight, it is advisable to put down the curtain as extreme heat weakens the silicon and glue causing  joins to break.
